Launching Transformation Kitchen™

In June of 2025 our Founder spent 21 days in Nicaragua with Rayo de Sol building out our first TK!
This kitchen services 41k people in the area and can teach up to 250 students per month. The two main goals of the kitchen are to teach kids how to be excited about cooking, learning the basics, understanding sanitation, and building community. For the adults this about creating jobs that they can build through their culinary creations to support themselves and their families.
