Launching Transformation Kitchen™

In June of 2025 our Founder spent 21 days in Nicaragua with Rayo de Sol building out our first TK!
This kitchen services 41k people in the area and can teach up to 250 students per month. The two main goals of the kitchen are to teach kids how to be excited about cooking, learning the basics, understanding sanitation, and building community. For the adults this about creating jobs that they can build through their culinary creations to support themselves and their families.

Preparing to RUN

As we get more grants and funding to make Transformation Kitchen™ off the ground, I’m remind to be thankful for all of the wins. This picture is of me and Matthew Agor, Branch Manager for Ulster Savings in Newburgh as we received a $2k check from their Foundation to help us get TK off the ground. God is good. We’re preparing for Sept 27th as we nail down all of the details for our Fundraiser, Feed4GOOD.

If you are like me, you notice unique number patterns. Today’s date is no exception.
As I think about all we have accomplished and what we are working towards, I am encouraged by the work that has been done and all of the people that volunteer their time to help us create the change we want to see in our world. From our newest branding efforts, communication, website, YouTube channel, donor messaging, and so many other avenues that we are very proud of. There are so many wins and so much great work being done by the entire team. Thank you for taking this journey with us.

We have been working with so many people to hone our message, push through barriers, and create exciting new ways to help those in our community. I’m humbled and blessed for the amazing people that have come out and shown up daily to support our efforts. We are finishing up 2023 with the intentionality and purpose that has driven us all these steps forward, knowing full well that 2024 is going to be an explosive year of growth.

Ultimately, we know that by honing our message so that people immediately understand our WHY, will create more opportunities for our growth. This will open up the door to more programs and the ability to create actionable change in more depth. Thank you for joining us on this journey.

This has been an incredible start to the new year! We’ve brought on new Partners, discussed our metrics from last year, and we are working behind the scenes on three new programs for this year and updating our website. In all of this we have made some strides and ramping up our funding efforts. As always we want to thank those that have supported us in this cause over the past year. We couldn’t have done this without you!

Welcome to 2023!

We can’t believe all of the wonderful successes we’ve had in 2022! We are grateful and appreciative to everyone that has taken action to STAND with us and move the needle to create change!

We have amazing programs and a boat load of actionable plans for 2023; we hope you will continue to levy your support and help us continue this very needed and important work.

With your help we can put a real dent in socioeconomic issues like poverty, homelessness, pay inequity, and smash barriers to people receiving equitable living wage employment.

As we begin 2023, I’m encouraged by what a small group of motivated people CAN DO!

Updates from Chason

What an amazing ride the last couple of months have been! We received our IRS 501(c)(3) approval in a record 6 weeks! This was exciting and terrifying all at the same time. The last couple of months have been about setting up our donation platform, figuring out the “how” of asking for donations from organizations, and seeing what campaigns are working (or not). We received the coveted Platinum Seal of Transparency from Candid which I am honored to show.

We also started our Time2CHANGE Podcast, and our StandUP4Change Livestreams. We even brought on our first volunteer, the amazingly talented Brionie Nelson, who has been creating amazing video and social media content for us.

Felecia Ward took our very first podcast, where we I spoke with her, Lyndsay Dowd, and Alysa Southall, about Pay Inequity and put it into IG where it received high praise and a top 10 ranking in Diversity and Pay Equity categories.

Wow! I’m so grateful for the opportunity to help others and create real, actionable change! So much more ahead! Stay tuned!
