Cooking UP Change 2025
HR-4U’s first major culinary fundraiser brought together supporters, sponsors, and community members at Moonzescope in New York City for an evening of food, connection, and purpose. Featuring a special keynote by WSJ bestselling author Chris Schembra and sponsored by Bivona’s Simply Pasta, TSN, Intry Careers, and Cauli Puffs, the event raised funds to launch Transformation Kitchen in Nicaragua through a partnership with Rayo de Sol.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Feed4GOOD, a virtual experience of food, music, and art, all in support of Transformation Kitchen™.
Every $20 ticket helped fuel HR‑4U’s mission of uplifting wages, worth, and wellbeing. Transformation Kitchen is a program that teaches culinary, life, and power skills to underserved community members, while offering wellness checks, food, and a living wage career path to graduates of the program.
