Melissa Douaire has spent her career walking beside others, supporting them in becoming their best selves and empowering them to create the narrative that aligns them with their soul. She is the Founder of Whole Person Conversations, LLC, a Certified Grief Counselor, and an ordained UCC minister whose work centers on the emotional and relational dimensions of major life transitions. Drawing on more than two decades of experience across ministry, education, and organizational consulting, Melissa partners with leaders, advisors, and institutions to address the non-death losses that shape every workplace and every life, including retirement, caregiving, divorce, career change, and empty nest. She holds an M.Ed. from the University of Virginia, an M.Div. from Chicago Theological Seminary, and a B.A. from DePauw University, and is the architect of the HELD Framework and the Dynamics of Change model.
