A personal experience with a toxic leader sent me down a path of discovery to identify tools and resources that I wish I had known about when I was being bullied at work. I’ve assembled those resources on my website to provide a one-stop-shop for targets of bullying who are looking for help in dealing with or healing from a toxic leader or work environment.

I’m thrilled to be partnering with hr-4uinc. to help bring awareness to inequities in the workplace and the importance of having the right people leaders in place to encourage and lift up their employees. My focus now is on #LeadershipReform, which aims to redefine the characteristics of great people leaders and educate employers about the significance of having the right people leaders in place. So many companies continue to get this wrong, and their businesses and employees are suffering for it.

Having successfully led a team of high performers for over 10 years with zero turnover, I know first-hand the simple, “people-first” formula required for a leader to inspire their employees to do their best work. The result is an increase in employee engagement, morale, innovation, productivity, and profits, as well as a decrease in employee turnover and turnover costs. Organizations can save millions of dollars every year simply by having the right people leaders in place!

Remote working conditions necessitated by COVID have opened an entire world of job options for employees who are now responding to toxic leaders with the Great Resignation… leaving jobs/companies that they may have previously loved. I’m honored and thrilled to be partnering with hr-4uinc. to help bring awareness to inequities in the workplace and the importance of having the right people leaders in place to encourage and lift up their employees.
