The Million Dollar Manifest Coach

I believe that Leaders should be focused on people first because of the importance of letting the people who follow them know that their voice matters. Many are afflicted with depression, anxiety, and fear over their performance and, at times, the inconsistencies of their leaders.

This mental and emotional turbulence can often show up in their work performance and serves no one. There is a quote that says: “You never know what someone is going through. A few nice words can help a person a lot more than you think.” When people feel that they are just another cog in the wheel, there is no investment in the progress of the whole.

There is only the investment in self, how one thing or another may advantage them. However, when one feels that they are important to those who lead, this equates to care, this equates to people feeling seen, and this creates an environment of agreement. When people feel seen and heard, they serve from their hearts. There are very few who need to be held accountable, for they will begin to hold themselves accountable in their work and their conduct because they don’t want to let others down.

They don’t just buy into the vision; they embody the vision, and EVERYONE is better as a result.
